The Danish Cooling Cluster

The Danish Cooling Cluster (KVCA) is a member based cluster initiative, set into this world with a mission to facilitate innovation and knowledge sharing within the Cluster and in the Cooling Industry in general.

KVCA is a Danish national company driven network with members from all over Denmark and with contacts throughout Europe. Historically the region of Southern Denmark has an overrepresentation of companies within the Danish cooling industry which makes Sønderborg a suitable home for this initiative.

The members of the KVCA are mainly found within these groups:

• Manufacturers of cooling systems and components with own development
• Educational institutions focusing on technical teachings
• Universities and research institutions
• Engineering consultants, Research and technology organisations, and NGOs
• Installers, distibutors and users of considerable size
